Regarding the Canada Pension Plan, can someone tell me where to include it on the U.S. 1040 for income? - canada pension plan forms

My husband is on Social Security here in the U.S. and Canada Pension. I see a place for the report of the Canada Pension, but I think the form says PVP. Its form is NR4. Thank you for any help!
